QuickBooks Connector Terms of Use

Purpose and eligibility

This connector is an internal administrative tool operated for TB Food Inc. using the Proof Cellars domain. The hosted component is a limited OAuth callback relay; QuickBooks access occurs through a separately operated local MCP server. Both may be used only by people authorized by TB Food Inc. to access the selected QuickBooks Online company. They are not offered for public or consumer use.

Authorized use

Users may connect the authorized QuickBooks company for internal accounting review, reconciliation, reporting, and administrator-approved bookkeeping activity. Users must follow applicable law, Intuit’s terms, TB Food Inc. policies, and any limits shown during authorization.

Prohibited use

Users may not access a company without permission, share connector credentials, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or use QuickBooks data for an unrelated purpose.

Changes to accounting records

Any write capability must be enabled deliberately and used only with appropriate authorization. Users remain responsible for reviewing proposed entries, maintaining supporting documentation, observing closed-period and reconciliation controls, and confirming the effect of changes in QuickBooks.

Availability and third-party services

The connector depends on Intuit QuickBooks and hosting infrastructure that may be unavailable or change. The connector is provided for internal operational convenience and may be suspended for maintenance, security, compliance, or business reasons.

Data and privacy

Use of QuickBooks data is governed by the connector’s Privacy Notice. Disconnecting the connector does not alter or delete accounting records held in QuickBooks.

Security incidents

Suspected unauthorized access, credential disclosure, or improper accounting changes must be reported promptly through Proof Cellars’ published contact channel. Access may be revoked while an issue is investigated.

Changes and termination

TB Food Inc. may change or end access to this connector at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
